The Volunteer Center tries to match your interest and schedule with organziations that need your volunteer support. We recruit and refer volunteers to more than 200 nonprofits in Greensboro. Browse our on-line listings. They're updated weekly!
Corporate Volunteer Connection
The Volunteer Sponsors the CVC, a coalition of area businesses which promote employee volunteerism.

Recognition
The Volunteer Center acknowledges the contribution of volunteers by coordinating annual recognition events and sponsoring Volunteer of the week in the newspaper and on TV.

Consultation and Training
The Volunteer Center provides training to nonprofits on developing improving volunteer programs.
Community Education
Volunteer Center staff and volunteers are available to speak to organizations about volunteerism and volunteer opportunities in the Greensboro area.
Human Race
The Volunteer Center organizes the Human Race, an annual community fund-raising event where participants raise money for the nonprofit of their choice.
