2004 - April 18-24
2005 - April 17 - 23

Sponsored by the Points of Light Foundation, National Volunteer Week "honors and recognizes the individuals who have made a difference in our communities and alerts others to the need for more voluntary community service to help solve our nations serious social problems."

Every year, Points of Light provides a National Volunteer Week Promotional Kit, which it distributes free to members of the Volunteer Center National Network. As a member, The Volunteer Center of Greensboro usually re-distributes the clip art sheets and templates from this kit to our organizations.
